Roulhac Enterprises LLC is a 2nd & 3rd generation family-run Detroit based residential rental business. Our Detroit roots go back to the 1960’s when our father/grandfather, the late Judge Roy L. Roulhac migrated to Detroit from northwest Florida.
Roulhac Enterprises LLC, established by Judge Roulhac, is now owned and actively managed by his daughter Dr. Sheryl Johnson-Roulhac and her sons Ray Johnson, Daniel McGriff and Aaron McGriff who joined Judge Roulhac in Detroit in the 1990's.
As residential property owners, we strive to ensure 1) that our properties are well maintained; 2) that we respond to our tenants promptly, courteously and efficiently; and 3) that our rental rates are at fair market value.
